Leading with Diplomacy, Data, and Drive: the Unique Imperative of the Professional, Continuing, and Online Leader - September 2021

Course Description: What are the characteristics that produce success among professional, continuing, and online leaders?  Effective leaders develop evolving strategies, negotiate often treacherous political mazes, oversee a variety of contributors in their organization, and constantly seek  evidence for action -- all in the pursuit of integrity and success. This module focuses on the key elements of leadership -- responsibly managing people, data, and ideas.

• Cancellation Policy: Registrants who request cancellation by 5:00 pm EST on the Friday after the course begins will have the option to transfer that registration one time to a colleague at their institution or to any other Online PD course offered within six months of cancellation. If no suitable offerings are available within six months at the time of cancellation, registrants can request a refund of their registration fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No transfers or refunds will be available after the first week of the course. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to pd@upcea.edu
