Course Title: PCO 203 Creating and Motivating PCO Enterprises

Course Description:

How are professional, continuing, online enterprises staffed, faculty recruited, and units organized?  What are the various organizational models?  How are teams assembled to design and launch new programs?  This module will focus on mobilizing people to work together towards common objectives.

  • Refund Policy: Registrants who request to cancel their registration by 5:00 pm EST on the Friday after the course begins will have the option to transfer that registration one time to a colleague at their institution or to any other Online PD course offered within six months of cancellation. If no suitable offerings are available within six months at the time of cancellation, registrants can request a refund of their registration fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No transfers or refunds will be available after the first week of the course. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to pd@upcea.edu
