Join your institutional representative (IR) and chief online officer (COLO) peers to discuss the various ways a leader can evaluate institutional capacity relative to the support of online programs. Using an open source tool, we will step through a process you can use to evaluate your institution’s capacity, leading to decisions on in-sourcing and out-sourcing all or some of your online operations. Be prepared for candid and focused discussions on institutional capacity, the organization of online enterprises on postsecondary campuses, and insights from peers that have engaged in this work.
